The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking flexible and enthusiastic candidates for the role of Appointment Centre Administrator at 317 Regent Point. The ideal applicant should be a motivated team player with excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (averaging 100 calls per staff member daily) and providing effective administrative support to ensure excellent customer care. While previous experience in an outpatient department and customer care knowledge is advantageous, it is not mandatory as training will be provided. The organisation offers flexible working options and is committed to accommodating individual arrangements where possible.
