Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 ARMS Practitioner to join their new At Risk Mental State (ARMS) team in Bournemouth. This role primarily involves delivering a psychologically-led service to individuals vulnerable to developing psychosis, in alignment with NICE-recommended interventions. The practitioner will be responsible for comprehensive psychological assessments, individual and family interventions, clinical supervision, and collaboration with various local health and social care partners. The aim is to create preventative strategies that promote self-management, independence, and recovery among service users.

The practitioner will work closely with the Dorset Early Intervention in Psychosis Service and support the ongoing development of the ARMS service. This position requires a proactive approach to care planning while accommodating the diverse needs of individuals at different stages of their mental health journey.
