NHS Professionals Limited is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join the Thrive, Maternal Mental Health Service in Maidstone, which focuses on providing trauma-informed care to mothers and birthing individuals suffering from PTSD due to perinatal trauma and loss. The role involves conducting thorough assessments and delivering trauma-focused interventions, while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, mental health midwives, and peer support practitioners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for both direct and indirect psychology interventions, exercising professional autonomy, and maintaining high-quality standards in their practice. Regular supervision and support will be provided through the Psychology Professional Network and Regional Psychology Meetings, with the Clinical Psychologist expected to report to the Clinical Lead for Specialist Psychological Services.
