There is an expectation that the role will be visible in South Yorkshire and embedded in the South Yorkshire Mental Health System. You will have management responsibility for a variety of recovery focussed and alternative to crisis services across the Midlands and South Yorkshire where you will be responsible for the performance of the services. You will have a track record of developing excellent relationships with partners in delivery and with commissioners of services. About you You will have proven managerial / supervisory experience in the Health and Social Care sector. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude. You will hold a relevant Management qualification or be willing to work towards this.
