Springfield Surgery in Godalming is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant (HCA) to support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care. Under the supervision of the Lead nurse and GPs, the HCA will assist in various clinical procedures, including phlebotomy, health checks, ECGs, vaccinations, and chronic disease management. The role also involves maintaining clinical areas, providing lifestyle advice to patients, and accurately recording patient information using the EMIS clinical system.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the HCA will perform administrative tasks such as coordinating appointments and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
