Hull Family Practice is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join their busy teaching practice in Hull, which serves 38,000 patients. This role involves working 19 hours per week over two days, providing exceptional service to patients while supporting the medical team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organisational skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and demonstrate discretion and initiative. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an NHS or medical setting, is advantageous, but not essential.

The Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing patient appointments, handling prescription requests, and maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive patient information.
