- Provide expert guidance in Oral & Maxillofacial specialty, advising on both surgical and non-surgical procedures.
Service Development:
- Help shape service specifications, patient pathways, and staffing models, with a focus on enhancing Oral & Maxillofacial competencies for nurses, nursing associates, and healthcare assistants (HCAs).
Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver Oral & Maxillofacial service contracts, support tendering processes, and contribute to business growth.
Quality Assurance:
- Lead audits, update policies, and ensure excellence in Oral & Maxillofacial services.
Innovation & Growth:
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within your specialty.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Engage in quarterly Senior Practitioner Forums and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise service delivery.
