The Sleights and Sandsend Medical Practice in Whitby is seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead their established team in delivering excellent patient-centered care. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with NHS regulations and CQC standards. The Practice Manager will collaborate closely with the Partners and administrative and clinical teams to optimize efficiency, financial performance, and quality of service. Key responsibilities include managing patient services, strategic planning, financial oversight, human resources, and premises management, all within a supportive environment that encourages team development and engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, organisational abilities, and a compassionate approach to team management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing practices that promote continuous improvement and compliance while managing communications and IT systems. The role also involves handling public information, addressing patient inquiries and complaints, and maintaining the practice's financial health. As part of the Whitby, Coast, and Moors PCN, the Practice Manager will participate in collaborative relationships within the community and among healthcare stakeholders.
