Digital Health and Care Wales is seeking a Head of Agile Delivery to lead the transformation of healthcare delivery in the Community and Mental Health sector in Cardiff. This leadership role requires driving innovative, digitally-enabled programs and services while overseeing Agile delivery across the division. Key responsibilities include coaching teams in Agile and Lean methodologies, managing stakeholder relationships, optimizing solutions to enhance delivery, and advocating for user-centered design. The successful candidate will also handle budget management and represent the division at a board level, navigating complex discussions.

Applicants should possess a master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, recognized Agile qualifications, and demonstrable success in executing large-scale transformational programs. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside a commitment to patient-centered outcomes and technical expertise.
