Band Consultant: £105,504 to £139,882 a year per annum  PERMANENT

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Interventional Consultant Radiologist to join their busy imaging department, which provides both general and specialist diagnostic services. The successful candidate will be part of a team of 26 Consultant Radiologists and contribute to the vascular interventional on-call rota, approximately 1:7. They will also be responsible for teaching Radiology trainees and undergraduate medical students, fostering a collaborative learning environment within the Trust.

In this role, the radiologist is expected to report at a level equivalent to FRCR, including general cross-sectional CT and MR, in addition to participating in plain film reporting, general diagnostic ultrasound, and acute inpatient CT and MR reporting as familiarisation allows. The post-holder will report directly to the Divisional Clinical Director while being professionally accountable to the Medical Director at BTHFT.
