This permanent position offers a rewarding 37.5 hours per week, where you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support alongside our dedicated Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. In this hands-on position, you’ll manage your very own caseload while working closely with a supportive team to ensure safe and timely discharges for our vascular patients. We’re looking for someone with experience in adult physical health, excellent communication skills and a knack for navigating electronic documentation.
