Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW) is seeking empathetic and motivated Registered Nurses to join the Specialist Children and Young People Services team at Ferndene Hospital. The role involves providing specialist care for patients aged 13-18 with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism in various settings. Applicants should have at least nine months of relevant post-registration experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and rewarding environment.

The service provides Assessment, care and treatment for patients with mental health difficulties, Learning disabilities and/autism, in both general admission settings and secure environments.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring, compassionate and enthusiastic qualified Band 5 Staff Nurse (Registered Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses) within Specialist Children and Young people services at Ferndene Hospital.

Successful applicants must have a strong commitment to the delivery of high quality, safe patient care. Applicants should have a minimum of 9 months experience within post, and if within preceptorship must be working towards sign off. Applicants should have an interest in working within Specialist care in a challenging but rewarding environment.
