As a Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents during the overnight shift. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents, and fostering a warm and compassionate environment.
As a Night Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to residents during the overnight shift. This may include assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and responding to any emergencies or requests. You will also be expected to engage with residents, provide companionship, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate and empathetic approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
