Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Home Admissions Advisor to join their fantastic care home team in Wells. This is an opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team and support the success of a first-class care home. The Home Admissions Advisor will be responsible for all sales activity for the care home, including talking to potential new residents over the phone, providing informative and welcoming tours of the home, engaging with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements, responding to sales enquiries, actively generating leads, and maintaining a contacts database. The successful candidate will have a track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a care home setting, excellent communication skills, the ability to present to individuals and groups, and experience building relationships within a local community.
