Windsor House Group Practice is seeking a Practice Nurse to work 3 to 4 days a week, focusing on delivering high-quality healthcare to approximately 19,300 registered patients. The role involves managing a caseload, leading on clinical targets, and collaborating with GPs and other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will undertake various nursing assessments, provide treatment based on practice protocols, and play a crucial role in chronic disease management, as outlined by the Quality and Outcomes Framework.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Practice Nurse will contribute to the development of practice policies, support multidisciplinary initiatives, and promote the professional development of nursing staff. Key tasks include wound care, family planning assessments, immunisations, travel health advice, and emergency management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organisational skills, and will be encouraged to pursue further training for professional growth.
