SY ICB Sheffield Place are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Nursing and Quality team as the personal assistant to the Deputy Director of Quality. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge on all aspects of Quality in Sheffield by supporting with business delivery including general administrative duties and information governance support.
We require someone with excellent administration skills who will develop professional working relationships both internally and externally as well as the ability to work on your own initiative with a can-do attitude. You must be able to manage your own workload, support the Deputy Director of Quality, whilst also working as part of the wider Nursing and Quality team. You will need experience in all aspects of administration and be a highly motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and adapt to the business needs.
To provide an administrative and PA function to the Deputy Director of Quality.
Diary Management, overseeing diary, emails and time management.
To provide administrative support to a number of Quality and Governance meetings within the Directorate.
Liaising with internal and external colleagues and Providers.
To support the development and implementation of systems and processes within the Nursing and Quality Directorate.

The post holder will provide a professional and comprehensive business management support service and will undertake the role of proactive personal assistant to the Deputy Director of Quality, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the senior management function and enhancing the teams reputation internally and externally.
To provide an excellent administrative and planning function. This will include providing an excellent diary management service, ensuring that deadlines are met, that all correspondence and documentation is produced to highest standards of accuracy, and that clear systems and procedures are in place for managing documents, dealing with emails, handling queries.
Working in a collaborative way by supporting processing and monitoring systems and be accountable for their own actions.
The post holder is required to utilise the highest level of skill in relaying sensitive, highly confidential, complex, and contentious information.
Due to the nature of the work the post holder will have a current Disclosure and Barring certificate in line with Safeguarding Boards expectations.
