NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Personal Assistant to the Deputy Director of Quality in Sheffield. The position involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, email correspondence, and assistance in coordinating Quality and Governance meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, the ability to develop professional relationships both internally and externally, and a proactive approach to managing their workload while supporting the Deputy Director and the wider Nursing and Quality team.

The role demands expertise in maintaining high standards of accuracy in documentation and communication, alongside the development and implementation of efficient organisational systems. Successful candidates should have experience in administration, be adaptable to the needs of the business, and be capable of handling sensitive and confidential information. A current Disclosure and Barring certificate is required due to the nature of the work, and interviews for the position are scheduled for January 7, 2025.
