The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the clinical team, primarily serving as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include handling telephone inquiries, managing appointments, scheduling, and liaising with patients, all aimed at ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care for respiratory patients throughout various settings, including hospitals and home visits.

This role predominantly operates Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, with some flexibility based on service needs.
