The Programme Manager role at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust under the Mind & Body Programme seeks an individual to enhance physical health outcomes for people with serious mental illnesses through integrated care. Additionally, the Programme Manager will advocate for the incorporation of service user perspectives, oversee project deliverables, and report progress to governance structures. Responsibilities also entail maintaining a balanced budget for projects, fostering collaboration across organisations, and providing mentoring and support to team members. Strong leadership and communication skills will be essential to successfully represent the programme at various meetings, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, and drive improvements in the delivery of physical health interventions for mental health services.
