The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a small team, addressing diverse communication and swallowing difficulties. The position also provides opportunities for additional hours, reflecting a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service and community.
We have an opportunity to work as part of a community team providing a specialist service to people living with communication and swallowing disorders in the Bridgnorth area.
Our service aims to provide support and advice to patients and their families on how to deal with a range of communication and swallowing difficulties on both the local community hospital ward and in a range of settings in the surrounding area.

The successful candidate will work as part of a small team working in Bridgnorth providing a service to people who live with both communication and swallowing disorders their families and carers.
You will provide assessment and management for a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders both on the hospital ward, and in the wider community and ICS team.
