The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a Senior Fellow in Burns Surgery at the Manchester Adult Burns Centre and the Manchester Paediatric Burns Centre. This role is ideal for senior trainees with an FRCS(Plast) certification, aiming to enhance their expertise in managing major burn injuries in both adult and pediatric populations. The fellow will oversee the burns service's daily operations, including running multidisciplinary team meetings, coordinating surgical procedures, and providing ward care under the supervision of attending consultants. The position affords a comprehensive training experience, focusing on acute and surgical management of burns, scar management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
