The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking motivated IT and Telephony Service Desk Operators to join its Digital Services Team in Exeter. This hybrid role involves providing first-line support for Digital Services during standard hours at the Heavitree site, as well as managing Telecoms services during 12-hour night shifts at the Wonford site on a 4 nights on, 4 nights off schedule. Successful candidates will be essential in delivering high-quality service to stakeholders, gain exposure to diverse responsibilities, and have opportunities for career advancement within the Trust.
