Felmores Medical Centre in Basildon is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their team across two locations, offering both full-time and part-time positions from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree, enabling them to take on an expanded role in patient care, which includes conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing conditions, providing treatment, and evaluating outcomes. The practitioner will work autonomously within their specialty, delivering patient-centred care while collaborating with general practice teams to enhance healthcare delivery.

In this role, the Advanced Nurse Practitioner will also support and educate staff, patients, and their families, driving forward initiatives that promote efficient and effective service. Responsibilities include leading the development of clinical practices, standards of care, and the creation of relevant policies and protocols in partnership with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure safe treatment and management of patients with varying clinical presentations.
