The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Colorectal Cancer Care Project Manager for a fixed-term position based at the Community Diagnostic Centre in Telford. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the project management efforts of the Colorectal Cancer Care team, focusing on developing and implementing innovative processes and systems to enhance patient care and facilitate early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.

The ideal candidate will possess strong change leadership and project management skills, along with expertise in process improvement. They will work closely with cancer clinical teams, specialist nurses, and operational managers to design patient pathways, integrating new technologies and approaches, including digital health solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential for engaging stakeholders and motivating staff throughout the change process, ensuring that patient involvement remains central to the project’s objectives.
