The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking experienced Nursing Assistants for various wards and departments at County Hospital Theatres in Stoke-On-Trent. This role requires candidates to have previous care experience on a professional contract, as the Trust is currently not recruiting entry-level positions. Nursing Assistants will provide patient care and support, learn new assessment and documentation skills, and collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient experiences. Opportunities for career progression through apprenticeships and training programs are available, with many current assistants advancing to Nursing Associate or Registered Nurse levels.
