Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Specialist Clinical Pharmacist for its Acute Medicine Higher Level Care unit at the Queens Medical Centre. This role involves leading the clinical pharmacy service, participating in consultant-led ward rounds, and supporting medication optimisation and discharge planning. The successful candidate will join a dynamic multidisciplinary team, take on leadership responsibilities, and contribute to areas such as education, training, and governance. They will also mentor junior pharmacists and maintain specialty knowledge to enhance service delivery within the unit.
