The North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support their Paramedic Emergency Service team in Manchester. Are you an experienced administrator, looking for a fresh challenge within a vibrant and successful NHS team? If that's you, we want you to join our Paramedic Emergency Service team, in the Greater Manchester Area of the North West Ambulance Service.

This exciting role will see you providing administration support to the senior service delivery leadership team, helping them to provide leadership to our amazing team. Working from a main base, but expected to support at locations across the region, you will offer direct administration support to the Area Director, the Head of Operations, the Consultant Paramedic and their respective teams, enabling them to deliver the best possible service to the public.

You will have fantastic administration and organising skills, be a confident communicator, proficient in the Microsoft Office packages and be adept and learning bespoke software systems. You will be confident in handling sensitive information and understand the importance of confidentiality and information governance. You will be a great team player and have the skills and competencies to work in this exciting but demanding role.
