Cygnet Health Care is seeking a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join its flexible bank team at Cygnet Hospital Godden Green, a female Acute and PICU service located in the serene Kent Weald. This role offers the opportunity to work on a shift basis while providing high-quality mental health care within a calming therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include producing written reports, collaborating with the management team to enhance service quality, attending training for continuous professional development, and ensuring that individual care plans are maintained in line with NMC guidelines.

The successful candidate will be an experienced RMN/RNLD with a current pin number, demonstrating effective documentation skills, knowledge of modern nursing practices, and a commitment to patient recovery and independence.
