Dr Mirza & Partners is looking for a permanent part-time Data Entry Administrator to join their GP surgery in Bolton. The role requires a motivated, computer-literate individual who can work 27.5 hours per week (5.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday). Key responsibilities include processing incoming clinical letters, updating sensitive medical documentation in patient records using appropriate read codes, and performing general administrative tasks. Previous NHS experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of patient information, manage their workload effectively, and contribute positively to the team's efficiency. Duties also encompass scanning and sending documents, preparing medical records for requests in compliance with GDPR, and providing relief cover for medical secretarial duties.
