With services based across Kent, Sussex and London there'll be occasional travel, although much of the time you'll work remotely and will connect with colleagues digitally. You'll be an integral and visible member of the senior leadership teams in the designated service you'll be supporting and the People and OD team. You'll shape the strategic direction of services as a trusted partner, have great leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate colleagues around you, support the team to deliver our ambitious We Care strategy and support culture change and development to enable us to become the best employer. As a senior People professional, you'll develop a robust and in-depth understanding of your workforce, model our leadership behaviours and live the values of the organisation. You'll identify and deliver OD interventions to drive cultural change; identify creative and innovative solutions to address workforce challenges; be the voice of your services on workforce matters; deliver on key priorities and inspire and support your teams to think differently to meet the challenge of continuing to deliver exceptional healthcare services in a continuously changing landscape.
