The Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive and energetic Food Service CF Specialist Dietitian to join their small, friendly Cystic Fibrosis dietetic team at the Cambridge Bio Medical Campus. This part-time role (30 hours per week) involves providing comprehensive dietetic support for cystic fibrosis patients, which includes assessing inpatients, conducting annual reviews, and offering a mix of face-to-face and virtual clinics. In addition, the successful candidate will serve as the Lead Catering Dietitian, collaborating with the Trust Catering team on menu reviews and ensuring safe and inclusive meal options for patients.

While experience in cystic fibrosis is desirable, it is not essential as training will be provided. Candidates with backgrounds in diabetes, weight management, gastroenterology, or liver disease may find their skills particularly useful. The position also includes opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration, project leadership in catering service improvements, and participation in audits and research projects. Flexible working arrangements may be considered, and the hospital encourages informal visits to learn more about the role and its environment.
