An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery (Single Point of Contact Scheduling Team) at St Bartholomew's Hospital. We are recruiting to 0.6 WTE permanent posts and we are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, dynamic and motivated Cardiothoracuc Schedulers to join our team.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy team. The post holder will be essential for the effective management of the administration associated with patient pathways and theatre scheduling and will play a key role working within a dynamic and motivated team.
They will need excellent organisational and communication skills and have a strong commitment to delivering a high quality service for our patients.
To ensure provision of comprehensive and efficient booking and scheduling Service for patients that adhere to the Trusts Access policy with national and local Access targets. The role requires the post holder to develop efficient and effective systems of work to ensure that patients experience good communication, choice and a personal and responsive service. To provide a consistent approach across the trust, standard operating procedures (SOP) will describe how the functions of this role will be carried out along with the timescales that will be adhered.
