The Brentworth PCN Operations Manager role at Spring Grove Medical Practice in Isleworth involves overseeing a variety of business operations, data management, and improvement initiatives across a network of seven GP practices serving approximately 60,000 patients. The manager will collaborate closely with Clinical Directors and member practices to enhance patient care while efficiently utilizing resources. Key responsibilities include managing projects that foster partnerships among primary care, community services, and mental health sectors, along with disseminating information and coordinating shared learning events among practices.
This part-time position offers a workload of 20 hours per week, paid at £28 per hour, with benefits that include five weeks of paid holiday, statutory sick and maternity/paternity pay, and the option to join the NHS pension scheme. The role requires on-site work primarily at Spring Grove Medical Practice and St Margaret's Medical Practice, with an emphasis on building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to support service development and delivery.

Brentworth PCN (primary care network) consists of 7 GP practices - Albany, Brentford Group, Brentford Family, Isleworth (formerly Argyle), Spring Grove, St Margaret's and Thornbury which together provide care for about 60,000 patients mainly in the Brentford and Isleworth area.
The Operations Manager will deliver on a wide range of business, data submission, transformation and improvement initiatives across the PCN.
- The Operations Manager will be instrumental in progressing the PCNs development plan. This role will involve working very closely with the two Clinical Directors and the member practices to provide good patient care with excellent use of limited resources.
- Will develop strong relationships and engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the PCN and London Borough of Hounslow to ensure collaborative approaches to service development and delivery.
- Will be responsible for managing agreed projects with a focus upon developing the partnerships across primary care, community services, social care, mental health, the voluntary sector and secondary care that are enabling on-going MDT development.
- Will be responsible for disseminating new information across the member practices and tasked with coordinating shared learning events.

The post involves 20 hours a week spread evenly over weekdays.
Pay is £28/hour. 5 weeks paid holiday per year plus bank holiday pro-rata.
Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity/Paternity Pay.
Option to join the NHS pension scheme.
Work will be on-site and mainly at the practices of the CDs i.e. Spring Grove Medical Practice, Isleworth and St Margaret's Medical Practice, Twickenham.
