As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Care Supervisors to ensure high-quality personal care is delivered to the residents.
As a Residential Care Manager, your focus will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home, ensuring that a high-quality delivery of personal care is provided to the residents. You will be an advocate for all residents, maintaining the best interest in all areas of their wellbeing. Other responsibilities include coordinating the resident assessment process, supporting and developing your team members, and ensuring compliance with medication management and quality care audits.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus asaResidential Care Managerwill be tomanage the group ofCare Supervisors within the home ensuring thatahigh-qualitydeliveryofpersonal care is delivered to our residents.Youwill beanadvocate forall residents,maintainingthebestinterest in all areasofthe resident's wellbeing.
Other responsibilitieswillinclude:
- Co-ordinating theresident assessmentprocess, ensuringthatthe planned careisaccurate andreflected in each individual care plan.
- Supporting,guiding,anddevelopingtheirteammembers.
- Managing the process of ensuring that all equipment is stored in line with the manufacturer'sinstruction and is cleanedandstored appropriatelyafteruse.
- Ensuringcompliance with theSafe Medication Management programme, with robust auditing procedures.
- UndertakingQualityCareSpotChecksreportingonthe qualityofcareprovidedbyCareSupervisors, CarersandSeniorCarers withintheir team.
