Everyone Health Ltd. is seeking three Full-Time Tobacco Dependency Advisors for their Inpatient Tobacco Dependency Service in Hinckley, Staffordshire. These advisors will provide essential one-on-one support for inpatients aiming to quit smoking or temporarily abstain, which includes creating personalized treatment plans, delivering pharmacotherapy, and coordinating discharge plans. The role demands a flexible approach with a working schedule that includes evenings and weekends on a rotational basis. Ideal candidates should have experience in community, primary care, or inpatient settings, a commitment to high-quality service, and a willingness to undergo relevant training, such as the NCSCT Smoking Practitioner certification.

The main responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining accurate patient records, delivering training to healthcare professionals, and contributing to the ongoing development and promotion of the stop smoking services.
