The role of Nurse Colposcopist in Brecon with Powys Teaching Health Board involves leading the colposcopy service, managing a personal caseload, and providing an autonomous, practitioner-led diagnostic and therapeutic service. Candidates should have experience and knowledge of colposcopy, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the NHS cervical screening program in Wales. The position requires registration and accreditation with the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP) and entails providing specialist clinical advice, managing complex clinical information, and facilitating follow-up care.
