NHS VEHICLE WEEKEND
The Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join their dedicated team in Canterbury. This role involves providing care to patients at home, particularly to those who are elderly, recently discharged from hospital, terminally ill, or living with physical disabilities. Healthcare Assistants will work collaboratively with local nursing teams, monitor the quality of care delivered, and provide feedback to management. The position requires a driving license and access to a vehicle due to its community-based nature, with a working pattern of Monday to Friday and one weekend every four weeks.
