Park Medical Centre in Small Heath, Birmingham, is seeking a Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join their established team. The role involves a variety of clinical responsibilities, including performing phlebotomy, diabetic checks, spirometry, flu vaccinations, and preparation for asthma reviews for long-term illness patients. Additional duties may include administering vaccinations for pneumococcal diseases, B12s, and shingles, as well as conducting dressing changes, ECGs, blood pressure reviews, and health and weight checks.
This position is essential for supporting the health needs of the community in an inner-city general practice setting, contributing to the overall care and well-being of patients.
