HOLISTIC MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS ROLE MODEL
The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurses for the Working Age Community Mental Health Service in Leeds. The role primarily involves supporting service users' recovery within the community through evidence-based therapeutic interventions and comprehensive risk assessments. Working in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, the successful candidates will coordinate care, develop personalized care plans, and engage with service users to ensure their recovery goals are central to the care process. The position operates Monday to Friday, with core hours from 9 am to 5 pm, offering flexible working arrangements.

Candidates should possess strong organisational skills and be ready to take on responsibilities such as initial assessments, care coordination, and the delivery of tailored care packages supported by a collaborative team. The role also emphasises professional development, with access to clinical supervision and opportunities for leadership, including clinical supervision and support for junior colleagues.
