The Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Physiotherapy Support Worker to join its community rehab team at St Austell Hospital. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in therapy support work, ideally in community settings, and requires the ability to work autonomously with various physical presentations, including frailty, neurological conditions, and orthopaedic issues. The position involves collaboration with Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy staff, assessing and planning the treatment and discharge of patients, and requires a valid UK driving license for travel to different locations.
