The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced nurse to join the Honiton-based Urgent Care Response (UCR) Team. The role involves assessing and providing nursing care, advice, and information to patients in their homes, with a focus on maintaining patient independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include leading the UCR team, coordinating care, overseeing caseloads, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary team members to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and facilitate patient discharges.

The successful candidate will possess advanced clinical assessment skills and engage in ongoing professional development. Clinical duties may include catheterization, wound care, end-of-life care, and equipment assessment. The position offers a 37.5 hours per week schedule, spanning seven days, and provides opportunities for career advancement and flexible working environments.
