NCFE is seeking an Examiner for the T Level in Health to support their Newcastle Upon Tyne team on a flexible worker contract. The role involves marking external assessments and submitting results within specified timelines, while adhering to standards set by the Chief Examiner and applying the mark scheme accurately. The Examiner will also be responsible for reporting any suspected malpractice or safeguarding concerns, maintaining the confidentiality of assessment materials, and attending standardisation and training events, which are scheduled on weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
This position is crucial for upholding examination integrity and accuracy, as the Examiner will play a key role in ensuring consistent application of marking schemes and contributing to the quality assurance of assessments.

How you'll make an impact :
Marking external assessments as required and submitting results using our systems within set timescales
Following and maintaining the standard set by the Chief Examiner, applying the mark scheme consistently and accurately
Reporting suspected malpractice or safeguarding concerns to the Assessment Delivery team
Attending examiner standardisation and training events, and other meetings as required standardisation events will be scheduled for weekdays between the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm
Maintaining the confidentiality of NCFE assessment materials, learner evidence and learner details, and report any breaches to the Assessment Delivery team
