St Leonard's Hospice in York is seeking a dedicated Deputy Head Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering outstanding catering services for patients, staff, and visitors. This role involves managing daily catering operations, sourcing local seasonal produce, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the needs of patients are met. The Deputy Head Chef will also be responsible for maintaining high food hygiene standards, monitoring stock levels, and fostering a positive team environment. Flexibility in working hours is essential as the role adapts to the dynamic needs of the hospice.
