The Inclusion and Organisational Development (OD) Manager at the Health Research Authority (HRA) in Bristol is responsible for leading the organisation's efforts in promoting inclusion and addressing related organisational development issues. This position involves strategizing and implementing plans to enhance representation, retention, progression, and overall experience for equality groups within the HRA workforce, while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.
