The role of Receptionist at Inclusion Thurrock IAPT services offers a part-time, fixed-term opportunity focused on providing administrative and reception support within a mental health service. Working Monday to Thursday, the position requires both face-to-face and telephone interactions with service users, handling enquiries, booking and amending appointments, and facilitating access to mental health services. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a welcoming and professional environment, alongside efficiently managing patient communications and documentation in accordance with established processes.

In addition to direct support for patients and their families, the Receptionist will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including managing incoming calls and emails, maintaining confidentiality, and accurately entering data into the IAPTus program. Attention to detail and effective communication are critical for providing high-quality administrative support to the multi-disciplinary team and ensuring a seamless experience for all service users.
