The University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is offering a 24-month Fellowship in Rhinology and Anterior Skull Base Surgery, commencing on October 1, 2025. This fixed-term position is designed for trainees who have completed their StR training and wish to enhance their expertise in preparation for a consultant role with a focus on Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery. The fellowship includes comprehensive training in areas such as Advanced Rhinology, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, and Nasal Reconstructive Surgery, with opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration across fields like Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, and Plastics.

The postholder will manage outpatient and inpatient care for rhinology patients, ensuring high standards of service and communication while collaborating with surgical trainees. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, preparing documentation, participating in departmental audits, and occasionally providing cover for registrar absences.
