Band 7: £46,840 to £53,602 a year per annum  PERMANENT 

We are looking for a Wireless Specialist to join our Digital Services team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Wireless network strategy and roadmap, aligning with the health board's vision and objectives.

You will lead the design, installation, configuration, testing, and optimisation of the Wireless network, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Act as a lead specialist in Wireless. Working on a large digital transformation project.

Jointly develop and implement the data network strategy and roadmap, aligning with the health board's vision and objectives.

Lead the lifecycle design, installation, configuration, testing, assurance, and optimization of the wireless network, ensuring high availability, performance, and security through to safe disposal.

Manage the data network operations, including monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

Lead and co-ordinate wireless network projects.

He/She will deputise for the Head of Voice and Data during periods of absence.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
