An exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Senior Practitioner Nurse to join the Haringey Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team has arisen. This is a permanent, full time position that will require working on rotation including night shifts, however, we are very flexible with individual's shift requests. The HCRHTT is a 7 day per week/24hours a day service which provides urgent care for people experiencing mental health crisis as an alternative to hospital admission. The CRHTT is crucial in delivering urgent crisis resolution assessments and treatment for service users by assessing their needs and caring for them in the least restrictive environment.

As a mental health practitioner you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care. This includes assessing those with high risk of self harm and suicide and have serious mental health problems. You will also be expected to provide clinical risk and mental state triage and assessment as part of rotation phase within Crisis Hub.
As part of your role you will be expected to offer support and guidance to the junior staff around you. Supervision will be offered regularly, alongside regular team meetings, and opportunities to engage with clinical supervision. This ensures that staff feel valued, supported and have access to the correct support.
