The Senior Theatre Practitioner at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust in Edgbaston is responsible for assessing care needs, developing care plans, and managing patient care within the theatre environment. The role requires the practitioner to be an accountable team leader, providing clinical expertise while acting as the point of contact for issues that arise in designated theatres. They must maintain high standards of care, mentor junior staff, and participate in a range of shifts, while also striving to become tri-skilled within 12 months.
