The University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Asthma Service for a one-year fixed-term contract in London. The role involves enhancing patient care through the development and implementation of efficient asthma management pathways, including introducing an app-based tool to assist patients. Key responsibilities include conducting rapid access clinics, case finding, liaising between primary and secondary care, and providing education and training to both internal staff and community referrers. The candidate will also mentor junior staff and engage in audit and research activities.
