East Coast Community Healthcare CIC in Lowestoft is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their therapy team at the Carlton Court intermediate inpatient care unit. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) involves managing a caseload of patients with complex needs, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The therapist will focus on rehabilitation and reablement strategies to enhance patient recovery, prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, and support independent living.
